• Order confirmation email to be flashed along-with NTUC member card, if applicable, at entrance for verification. No tickets will be issued for this event. 
• Haunted house age limit : 10 years old and above

• Accompanying adult is compulsory for children aged 10 to 12 years old. 

• This activity is not recommended for those with medical conditions (high blood pressure, epilepsy, etc.), pregnant women, or senior

• Due to the nature of this activity, it is not recommended for persons with impaired physical mobility or those in wheelchairs

• To preserve the experience of the haunted house, unauthorised photography and videography within the haunted house is prohibited. 

• Strictly no food and beverages permitted in the haunted house area.
• Last entry to Haunted House: 9.30pm sharp

Any photo or video taken during this event will be subject to marketing purposes for this and any future related events. 

By purchasing this ticket, the ticket holder hereby agrees to the following indemnity clause:

1. You acknowledge and understand the potentially intense and frightening nature of this event, which may include but is not limited to darkened spaces, sudden loud noises, startling visual effects, and interaction with actors in costume.

2. You voluntarily choose to participate in the event and assumes all risks associated with them, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional distress, and property damage.

3. You agree to indemnify the Organiser and its team from and against any claims, demands, suits, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and attorney fees arising out of or related to your participation in this event.

4. You acknowledge that the Organiser and its team shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses suffered by you or any third party arising from or connected with your participation in the event, regardless of whether such injuries, damages, or losses are caused by negligence, intentional acts, or otherwise.

5. You agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the Organiser and staff for the safety of all participants and personnel.

By purchasing a ticket and participating in the Event, the you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this indemnity clause.

The Organiser reserves the right to amend or add to the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
