2. You voluntarily choose to participate in the event and assumes all risks associated with them, including but not limited to physical injury, emotional distress, and property damage.

3. You agree to indemnify the Organiser and its team from and against any claims, demands, suits, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, and attorney fees arising out of or related to your participation in this event.

4. You acknowledge that the Organiser and its team shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses suffered by you or any third party arising from or connected with your participation in the event, regardless of whether such injuries, damages, or losses are caused by negligence, intentional acts, or otherwise.

5. You agree to comply with all rules, regulations, and instructions provided by the Organiser and staff for the safety of all participants and personnel.

By purchasing a ticket and participating in the Event, the you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this indemnity clause.
